About Us               IOSD support and services are provided in multiple strategic areas; Project Management, Security, Network Management, Data Center Operations, as well as Business and Systems Analysis.   IOSD was started as a hobby by Ed Portillo while employed as a Systems Programmer and an Application Development Manager at a large corporate company in 1997. In 1998 IOSD established a business referral relationship with Computers For Less, providing technical support to small businesses, business start ups and individuals in need of hardware, security, network and system software installation. In 2003 while working at Apple Inc. in Cupertino California as a World Wide Sales Support Project Manager, Ed Portillo decided to  leave his job and become an Indepedent IT Consultant  with InterOption Software Design (IOSD) on full time basis. Today IOSD provides technical support and IT Consulting Services to organizations of all sizes.
